Set-up Crew & Set-up Crew Manager

​

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and driver's license

• Good attitude and willingness to work show up on time clean and presentable.

• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions

• Ability to read and implement works orders.

• Must be able to safely lift items up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to run and manage a crew based on the work orders provided (Manager)

 

Responsibilities

• Load and transport event supplies, chairs, tables, décor etc..

• Installation and removal of several types and sizes of tents if supplied by us.

• Installation and removal of other event equipment such as but not limited to, dance floor, bar set up, décor, lighting, seating areas, heaters, tables, chairs, outdoor kitchen, and prep areas etc.

• Communicate with clients if needed on the location of these items and coordination (Manager)

• Break down of event supplies and site clean-up

• Transport, cleaning, and put away all supplies in an orderly manner ensuring proper care and preparations for future events.

• Schedule Crew to meat event schedule needs (Manager)

Short Term Property Maintenance Staff (HCF of NH, LLC.)

​

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and driver's license

• Good attitude and willingness to work show up on time clean and presentable.

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to work well with others and follow instructions

• Ability to read and implement works orders

• Must be able to safely lift items up to 50 pounds

​

Responsibilities

• Clean or assist with cleaning of short-term rentals in between guests

• Stock and organize all items/supplies needed for rentals and organize storage areas

• Track stock and request resupply orders

•  Hot tub maintenance/cleaning tracking stock of chemicals for resupply

• Clean grills and exchange propane tanks if needed

• Yard Care – mowing, weed whacking, flower bed maintenance and landscaping

• Minor Interior and Exterior Painting projects

• Minor repairs and/or assist with repairs (Some repairs may require scheduling a professional)

• May be needed to assist with Event Set-up Crew responsibilities
